Title: “Dreamweaver” 1/1 Oil on canvas with gold and copper leafs 30 inches by 47 inches

Date: 7/15/2010, it is still wet!!!

About: This painting was created during a night that could not sleep because I had too much in my mind. I should be sleeping but I was not so I started to paint with little paint I had. If I was sleeping I would be dreaming about something similar to it because I had too much in my mind such as work, my worries, my problems, my happiness, and other thinngs. That’s why name it Dreamweaver each lines and colors represent things I was thinking or running through my mind that night. This painting is one of my favorite paintings, it has depth, quite colorful. It means something to me and it’s huge!!. TWHS

Color of Faces 1/1
Oil on Canvas size 36×36 inches : Created in November 2003

This painting was created as a birthday present for a friend. It took me about a month to create this piece. Initally the painting was just solid color and it did not have the black outlines, just solid smooth color which lacked drama.

I then added outlines around the faces and the eyes to give this painting better contrast which enhanced the emotion and personality of each face. The exact expression of each face is still a bit of a mystery though. The final result is a playful, bold, and yet a dark piece of art.
